Provider & Subprocessor Register

Leafcloud B.V. hosts the core application, databases, file storage, backups and AI inference in the Netherlands. Email, web search and payment subprocessors are listed below, together with the third-party services you can choose to connect.

1. Subprocessors

Summa uses the following subprocessors and has accepted each provider’s data processing agreement. Leafcloud B.V. is the only infrastructure provider: the core application, databases, file storage, backups and AI inference all run in the Netherlands. This register forms part of the Privacy Notice.

2. Third-party services you choose to connect

The following providers are not Summa’s subprocessors. Each acts under its own terms and privacy policy, and data flows to or from them only when you use the feature. They may process personal data outside the European Economic Area.
